1/10 4WD cheapish buggy recommendations.

I had 11, but 4 of those were Force RC from Horizon, and they are being discontinued after not even a year, and parts are already showing as not available, so, i cannibalized the 3 broken ones for parts for other trucks. I actually have 7, but, my Grasshopper i don't use at all anymore.

In that case, i can keep the purple Warhawk, since the others i cannibalized and got rid of, except for the bodies. The one part that needs though is out of stock from both Horizon and NitroRCX at the moment. I didnt know they were NitroRCX rebrands, or i would have just fixed the one Outbreak. The other one was a total loss. It got ran over by a 4 wheeler.

The shock tower/upper diff case. It was out of stock on horizon about a week ago, but, i haven't really looked since, because im still working on what vehicles im getting. I keep changing my mind. At one point, my list was, Tenacity MT, Senton, Kyosho Dirt Hog, and a Losi Truggy.

What Force RC vehicles are discontinued? I don’t see any info on Horizons website. I really like the Muckraker. Very solid diffs and nice layout.

The Force RC and Iron Track are Himoto's. The Outbreak and Warhawk are Himoto E10's. Aluminum upgrade parts can be found just as cheap like the Redcat Volcano/HSP Brontosaurus are the same thing. Might be China sourced though.

The Warhawk and Outbreak. I got an email about them about 3 weeks ago, and now, the only one they show is the red Outbreak ( i almost bought it, since they are $99 right now, but, i decided on other vehicles). Even when you go to the parts page for them on horizon, it says they are discontinued.

Someone else mentioned the Himoto, and said they had a bunch of upgrades, but all i ever found were the regular parts.

Edit: I found an aluminum upgrade kit, but, cant find an aluminum chassis, and i have had bad luck with mixing aluminum with plastic.

The best part of that ad is that they show it as RTF instead of RTR. He already decided on a couple, the Quanam Vandal and the Redcat pirahna. I also picked up an Arrma Fazon Voltage, as well as a DHK Wolf 2, so he has lots of choices. Thank you for the suggestion though.
