Tire recommendations

I feel like I'm going through more tires than necessary because I’m not getting anything that’s very ideal for my vehicle or me? Whatever the case. My tread is delaminating off the rims at high speed or the side walls are blowing out- the more narrow wheels have me ice skating. It’s always something it seems, so I’m curious if anyone can recommend an alternative. I’m driving this truck on very smooth asphalt and mostly going straight or in an oval trying to see how fast I can go. Thanks in advance!
