Having just finished up on my Kraton hybrid build, I had trial fit an older set of MINOKAWA Dboot wheels that have the 5 spoke rim.
The 17mm HEX at drive on these rims mounted onto HR Typhon hex & axles w/o issue so we thought we were good to go.
When receiving my new Backflip LP's with there different type rim ... the 17mm hex is a tad deeper and created interference having the wheel go on and seat against the Hub surrounding bearing.
So with a few measurements came up with needing just @ .030" of spacing within hex of rim to find this clearance required.
SO ... we made up 4 spacers rings at .045" and problem solved.
* Hex/s are still fully engaged so no issues there
