8$ torch at Lowes

This turbo blue torch from lowes is really handy. I just soldered 8awg wire to my motor terminals 5 minutes.
Hard to beat for the price.

Me too but not any more...at least for bigger bullets.

I agree sir, you cant beat that price for a decent pencil torch.. (well, marker torch cause the size... )

I'll tell ya, they are damn handy! Soldering, that crazy red loctite we all know and love on diff cups, motor mounts, bellcrank post's, etc... they can literally be life savers for stuff like that...

I have an iron that will get to 480c, and it's still hardly enough for large wire.. even 10 gauge just takes to damn long and ends up heat soaking everything before it wants to take in solder... these things can be priceless, yet with a price of $8...
