Your esc needs to be set up for Lipo and Low voltage cut off. It’s in the manual around page 28 or so. It’s easy to set up, if you have trouble I think there’s a video on YouTube about it. Or you can stop back here.

I don't think you can change lvc on the BLX 185. It's factory set at 3.82

It should already be set to Lipo mode, that's the default setting.

I hear you. With my lipo plugged in, it wouldn't let me switch, so I figured the default was lipo on the 185. My bad

BLX185 is one green flash when you FiRST turn the car on will be lipo as stated above. Setting up the esc and most other times the red led is used.
