Jenny's is awesome for sure, use them a lot! But if you are just starting out you likely don't have a box full of spares (Yet :LOL:), having a good local hobby shop is the best thing ever. Especially if they are kind enough to help you identify what's wrong or even help you solder that connection back on (if you don't have a soldering iron).

Feel your pain, we have all been there. You think the motor is bad so you get another one, nope it was the ESC, or something even more simple. After you build up a few spares and get familiar with tearing the RC down it will only get better.
