This is really amazing I just don't know where to put it in the list. Or possibly have a secondary list below with runs like this? It's clearly 4 cell but how many volts is not shown in the video.

Heading down with a voltmeter tomorrow so we can verify voltages. I never have done that before but it seems like the norm now for low cell stuff. I do understand the need for where there’s excessive overcharging

Geared up 2t for today after work..alot more in it for sure.very excited to max this pack,try couple others,then push it on 5s..im expecting 145/4s ,an 155/5s an see what 6s will do at some point...got a couple of onyx 4s 6600s to try also

This thread will serve as the Arrma forum 2022
4s speed run challenge for 1/8 and 1/7 cars (not the Arrma 3s or 4s line specifically, but a challenge for running 4s voltage)

Rules:
- Have fun and enjoy the journey
- Be safe and considers others' safety!
- Help each other improve
- Must be 4s voltage (any number of batteries parallel as long as it stays 4s LiPo max voltage) (4.2v * 4 = 16.8v max voltage post run) (overcharging is allowed)
- Any motor (assuming we are ok with dual motors should someone want to run that, but will be split off onto a separate list)
- Any ESC (come on it's always the XLX2 )
- Any tires (Rubber or foam)
- Chassis any 1/8 or 1/7 ("1/10" cars like Slash 4x4 that are truly by size/measurement a 1/8 scale are allowed)
- (NO 1/10 scale small touring cars like 4tec, serpent, Tamiya etc)
- Standard rules for showing GPS that we normally do.
- In your video show the batteries are 4s (5 wires) and if running parallel clearly show the connection going to the ESC.
- Do not have to return the car, but crashes disqualify the run

6 mph jump from yesterday.
That is some amazing speed from 4s! (and being a plastic chassis car)

On a side note the color of the car is very similar to the Double yellow stripes on the road. Has that been an issue for you?

Color wise the car is fine to see. It seems at certain times of day line when I ran this 163 pass it doesn’t matter what color the car is I just can’t see it until it turns around
Powerhobby is sending me a bunch of lights for my cars soon which is cool. The red light in the rear helps a lot
