Ran dvs, cnhl 90c an couple packs i converted to 2s..dvs do best, then custom packs then 90c..im guessing 111,112 till at 6v..crazy fun these cars are

Great work, go the list updated.
Using a plastic chassis car is allowed in the rules. All part of the strategy!!!
I will say up around 115 it gets very difficult for 2s power. Good luck man I'd love to see you do 120+ with it.

Got a 11k srd in the way so we'll see

Still more

This thread will serve as the Arrma forum 2s speed run challenge.

Rules:
- Have fun and enjoy the journey
- Be safe and considers others' safety!
- Help each other improve
- Must be 2s voltage (any number of batteries parallel as long as it stays 2s LiPo max voltage) (4.2v * 2 = 8.4v max voltage post run) (overcharging or LiHv packs are allowed)(if your voltage is over 8.4 post run it will fall in the secondary HV list)
- If you are fitting in the top 5 spots on the list you need to show voltage after the run with a voltage meter as the others have done.
- Any motor (assuming we are ok with dual motors should someone want to run that, but will be split off onto a separate list)
- Any ESC (come on it's always the XLX2 ;) )
- Any tires (Rubber or foam)
- Chassis any 1/8 or 1/7 ("1/10" cars like Slash 4x4 that are truly by size/measurement a 1/8 scale are allowed)
- (NO 1/10 scale small touring cars like 4tec, serpent, Tamiya etc)
- Standard rules for showing GPS that we normally do.
- In your video show the batteries are 2s (3 wires) and if running parallel clearly show the connection going to the ESC.
- Do not have to return the car, but crashes disqualify the run

****Post your video link in this thread and I'll edit the original post with a spreadsheet of standings a few times per week. Also note the car so I can keep up with the list. (I'll track up to 2 of your cars, but you must tell me the model of car in your thread post)****

(Optional if you want to share what motor, batteries, and gearing you are running. I am totally fine with you keeping that secret if you would like)

Here’s one to get my name on the board,
Didn’t really plan to run and 2s but in the future I may do a few more passes

Great first entry onto the list (y)
It certainly feels slow compared to higher cells, but the challenge of the setup is probably the most sensitive.

Hell yeah brother. I destroyed a lipo yesterday getting greedy and pushing to early for a PB. I know it's slow but I very much enjoy 2s. Congrats and that's a great number

The part that was so funny to me is I remember my first limitless on 8s with a spectrum motor and powerhobby batteries in a mall parking lot and I did 103, now doing faster on 2s,
It’s just funny how things work out

Well, I can say it was a big surprise to crash on a 2s pass but I guess I should have walked the road, first pass the car jumped when it hit a rock; so I brought it back and ran it again, during full throttle on the second pass it hit another rock and flipped on me🫤 hopefully I’ll get back out to match the number with a clean pass tomorrow
Luckily only minor body damage

Solid 2s pass from this morning

Well fellas, it took me a long time to find that one mph but I finally did. It's possible to get a 118 if I get dome things worked out but not sure when that'll be. I'll try an alternative gearing and maybe a couple more passes on 2s, then I'll probably move up to single 4s just to have some fun. Pb hunting gets stressful lol.

Congrats!
Finding those last few MPH honestly are very hard. It almost takes the fun out of it.... untill that new PB comes finally!!!

It quite certainly takes ALL the fun out of it when you hit a wall. I tried so many things thinking this might be just enough for a PB and came up short. That's why I switched to single cnhl 6k 3s runs for a while. They were fun. Idk why it's so fun but it is. The single small lipo makes the car so reactive that it "feels" like it has more power than it does.
Gonna do some single 1p 4s stuff pretty soon too. My all time pb is 138 and that was 4s parallel. Hope to get back to that number or close with a single 1p. 🤷 but if I can't, parallel will get me there lol.
