hi, can the factory manual settings for brake and timing be increased with a hobbywing programming card. eg , manual gives 50% max brake force ,but the programming box can give 100%, also timing is not in the manual but can be increased with the box.

No, what you see in the manual is what's available, even with a LCD box.

50% is more than enough brakes for me, but it depends on gearing and tires...
