Bigger Hex Infraction

Hi everyone.
I have a Mega (3s) Infraction.
I would like to increase the hex size from current 14mm to 17mm so I have options for wheels and add ons.
I found a similar thread here on how to do this on a Senton and Typhon but the Infraction has different parts for the axles, shats, hubs, bearings and such than both of those so I am not sure the same parts will work for me.
There is also the question of aftermarket parts and the slop they bring in the system. I would rather but different Arrma parts that will work here to make the hex a 17mm with a nut.
I am thinking a Senton axle end, axle shaft (hub), Hex, hex nut? Even the bearings are different so I am not sure if the Senton axle shaft will fit in my bearings.

This might help. In the video below he swaps a Vortex axles to Typhon 3S with 17mm hex.

Assuming that works, I would imagine the Vortex/Typhon drive shafts are longer. (purely a guess)
The Vorteks is a different axle stub but for $9 it's worth a try.
