I find this method of nabbing the thieves Very efficient.
The cop didn't even need to break a sweat or get muddy chasing after the fools.

The rule is the bad guy always has to fight back, that way they get a better ass kicking. But they are dumb kids and have learned that skill yet, so I will cut them some slack.
