Either the pinion would shoot off the shock would bend the a arm would pop out or the motor itself would move

Does anyone know how I'm supposed to break down the monster ate us it doesn't have any screw holes in it doesn't have any brackets or nothing that came with it so what exactly am I supposed to do
Brace down not break down

Wow, you’re really doing it up. I would recommend keeping plastic arms so they can break before your more expensive components.
And yo, welcome to the forum, man!

Pinion problem: Use loctite on the grub screw and use a small torch to heat it up if you ever go to remove it otherwise you strip it and have a much larger headache on your hands.

Shock Bending: Thats just landing really wrong, going to have to just get more used to the truck, You can also just bend the shaft back you don't have to replace it. You might have already done that though

A arm popping out....I am guessing you mean the pivot ball threads on the steering hub are pulling out of the A arm. Thats again landing really bad, and if it pulls out once then the threads are toast and you need a new arm.

Motor moving is probably just because screws aren't tight enough. You can use some loctite on those as well but again, heat before removal. As @LibertyMKiii said a PPS motor mount will solve that issue totally.

For the MMX8s you can double sided tape it to either the chassis or the stock esc mount. You should use the stock esc mount though but you will need to cut down the little ledge thats on it for it to sit flat. Use some alcohol on the bottom of the esc and the esc mount before using the mounting tape.

Also RPM arms aren't all that. When I first started the hobby it seemed like they were needed but then they start to sag and bend and yeah you can heat them up and get them straight but thats annoying. The stock arms are the best. Aluminum ones I would stay away from.

To add I would 2nd the RPM arms as not being better than stock. Also you really should get a bottle of orange loctite. Stronger than blue but no heat needed like red to remove. Only available by Permatex.
When it comes to Hot Racing I only use their bulkheads and servo horn.
For motor mount you definitely want to drop the $ and get the full PPS mount. Or at least use cap head screws. I'll post a picture of them after work. Can send you a few free if you'd like. Glad you went with M2C and Basherqueens products. Did you get thos from m2c or no?

I would get the combo with roll bar. Direct Message me an address I'll send some of these your way. Keep in mind if you get that pps mount you have to by his tall boy mount to use these screws. Your rig is looking awesome 👌

You will not be disappointed with that order. For the transmitter and receiver I don't have much experience there. I do plan on buying the new Radiolink transmitter.

RadioLink RC6GS is tough to beat for the money. Just about the best range out there without boosting and adequate features. Cheap receivers, too. They look and feel cheap, but perform super well.
