I'm using metal arms for the first time and I'm wondering if I should be using loctite on my droop screws? or is it something I shouldn't have to worry about?:unsure:

Thanks gents!

At least blue on any carbon steel screw that will endure vibration into alloy threads. Especially coated with black oxide that is meant to lubricate/prevent corrosion.

I've never used Loctite there and I have yet to lose a droop screw, take it for what you will. The way I see it is, the droop screw is under tension which (in my vivid imagination anyways) keeps it in place. And it's not just that I haven't lost one. None of them has ever moved.
