This worked and have test run the car. The traction is decent and runs smoothly. I'm planning on painting the wheels to match the Hoons.

I ordered the following wheel/tire.

I needed to remove the inner notches that appear to be proprietary to the Traxxas axle. They fit like a glove one done (17mm).

Yes, they are for the X0-1

But there are two different rear pre-mount versions. I did my homework.

Do your X0-1 tires ever come apart after like 10 minutes of running? Mine have various times from the part where they're glued to the middle of the tire itself.

Correct. The 6 nibs need to be cut. Super easy.
