Been there done that!!
I had to double check already knowing lacquer paint will flake off a lexan body. The old nitro days did that mistake not knowing, a new bee at the time. Looked like a bad skin disease.

It seems the only option. What about the limitless blue? I thought a satin or flat lexan paint was a thing?

Negative. I said paint the outside with clear flat ps- 55. That may be enough to dull the shine.

No such thing as a Lexan satin black, as far as I know. or a gloss clear. I have tried to no avail. If it exists then show me.

Only clear satin and Matt finish. I'd go with spatz paint. Says for outside of rc body.
