Senton Gpm steer knuckles

I ordered all gpm front end parts. When I install the bushings and tighten down the screws for the steering knuckles. They become entirely too tight with no free play. What do I do?

Loosen the screws up a twist.

Does the bushing flat go under the screw? Or on top of the steer where the screw goes in? First time doing this.

That looks right how you have them in the picture. The flange should be on the inside.
