I can't grow a palm of any variety, I've tried several over the years and they ALL end up getting spider mites except for one small ponytail palm that's still with me.
I've learned that there's really nothing that doesn't want lots of light, even plants that say low light or shade tolerant explode under as much light as I can give. I've also learned most people (including myself early on) killed plants from TOO MUCH water rather than not enough. It's way better to skip a day vs watering a day early.
Try again @Tex Koder with good drinking water NOT tap and don't forget to feed em too.
