How do you tell what color the wires are ? SENTON

So i ordered some batteries from SMC.. they had deans.. i bought some deans connectors to the at 90 connector but all the plug wires on my senton are black.. i cant see which one is pos or negative.. how do i tell which is which.. i would hate to solder up wrong connectors .

nvm.. yeah pure sign of getting old.. i didnt see the markings on the side.. they just looked like plastic scabs.

Yeah, I feel your pain. first thing I did with my Arrma ESC is find the + wire, and wrap with red electrical tape.

Even with nice plugs like the XT90's, I want to see red-to-red and black-to-black before I make the connection.
