Typhon How to calibrate Arrma Typhon 3s esc?

So I know that the manual tells you how to do it, but I find the instructions very confusing so I wondered if there is some one who would make it more simple for my dumb self. The esc is a blx 100

 

[Engineer]

1. Turn your transmitter on and set the throttle trim to the middle if it isn’t.

2. turn on the ESC while holding the program button down.

3. let go of the program button when it starts beeping.

4. leave the throttle in neutral and press the program button and listen for the beep

5. pull the throttle trigger all the way and hold it. Press the program button and listen for the beep

6. push the throttle trigger all the way (reverse) and hold it. Press the program button and listen for the beep

7. let go of the throttle. You are done.

 

[Arrmature]

8. Turn the ESC off.
