How did you manage that? The pivot ball must be stuck up inside the screw hole. Pop the end off the pivot ball and see if you can grab the pivot ball with a pair of dikes.

There was too little clearance to fit anything in between to hold it. We just popped it out and carefully held it with pliers.(didn't want to put teeth marks into the pivot ball) That's how it was from factory. I'm not sure why they made it this way? Again was trying to unscrew it and it just was spinning the bushing. Maybe they put thread locker on it?
I got it all fixed so there's some good news!
