Notorious Installed rpm bumper but do i need the included hinge pin retainer?

I stalled the rpm bumper on my notorious 6s v5 but not sure what to do with the included hinge pin container. Anyone know? Thank you.

IIRC, one is for the EXB and one is for the regular RTR. If you installed the other block and it fits, you’re ok I think.
