So rpm don't make any end that fit?Its juste kraton v4 set, not rpm
Ya my pivot ball keeps falling out and the steering rod falls down and then bindshttps://www.rpmrcproducts.com/shop/suspension-accessories/traxxas-long-rod-ends/
These work perfectly for the straight ends, these are the ones the straight end tends to stretch/break more regularly.
The stock ones stretch pretty fast, I'm sure there is a compatible rod end to replace the offset one's, but I don't know what it would be? Arrma sell a tie rod end pack which will get you out of trouble, but you will be back in the same situation again soon.Ya my pivot ball keeps falling out and the steering rod falls down and then binds
I have a V4 Kraton and I have the same problem, my straight searing rod ends stretch quickly. I tried the RPM for Traxxas ones listed above and they are WAY to small and will not fit.https://www.rpmrcproducts.com/shop/suspension-accessories/traxxas-long-rod-ends/

RPM Rod Ends Long for Traxxas 1/10 - Black RPM80512So rpm don't make any end that fit?
Are you sure you got the 80512 or 80515? They make shorter ones, that you can use for the shock rod ends, but I have these on my cars v3 vehicle's.I have a V4 Kraton and I have the same problem, my straight searing rod ends stretch quickly. You need to use the Traxxas balls in the rpm rod ends
I would assume that would throw steering angles off, but I’m honestly not too sure ? Looking at the gpm steering turnbuckle sets... they have straight rod ends? It might work they are about the same length....will the traxxas long ends work in place of the bent/offset ends,
I need to apologise for misleading people above without giving all the details required to make the listed tie rod ends work. As said above this is what is required. I'm really sorry for missing this vital piece of intimation.
The rpm site does highlight this, but I should have provided the information and part number "Tech Notes: RPM long rod ends replace Traxxas stock #5525. Sold without pivot balls. Stock Traxxas pivot balls are required for completion."
These are the pivot balls I use the rest of the stuff isn't useful as far as I know https://m.traxxas.com/products/parts/1942
I'm sorry again for not being more helpful.
Sounds good, the Traxxas set is pretty cheap, it's only a waste of environmental resources.I would assume that would throw steering angles off, but I’m honestly not too sure ? There is also this option that I think might work?

Instead of getting a kit with rod ends you don’t wanna use to get the pivot balls. You could get a set like these...

Have you ever had any issues with the Arrma offset ones? They have been very reliable for me.will the Traxxas long ends work in place of the bent/offset ends,
GPM tie rods are garbage, please don't waste your money, they are very weak.
