So very sorry for you both. Prayers heading your way. About the ramp, when my sister was battling Parkinsons, I had a company that does those put one on her house. You might want to check the local classifieds to see if any are available that are no longer needed. They're aluminum, so you don't have to worry about rotting wood, or paint or whatever. Just a thought. Sometimes your local church will even help with the expense, if that's a concern.
