Will this esc handle this 6s buggy on 4s geared steep for short backyard track, less than 50mph mostly geared 15t 2200kv Castle on 4s. Currently has the mamba monsterX 8s which has been great just looking to drop weight because why not, Just wondering thanks!!

In 1/8th scale setups, the Mamba X is intended to be used for off-road racing in buggies weighing up to 9 lbs (including batteries and ready-to-run). In these 1/8th scale racing setups, the Mamba X should be run at 4S Lipo (16.8V) max and is recommended to be paired with the Castle 1512-1800Kv (P/N: 060-0062-00) or Castle 1515-2200Kv (P/N: 060-0063-00) motor, with appropriate gearing only.

The Typhon 6s stock weighs 7.52lbs (3.42kg) without the battery

I ran a Mamba X in 1/10 SCT geared for 50mph on 4S. 1415 2400kv motor. That is, until it fried on me.

The Mamba X is small. Too small for your application IMO. I think you’d run into heat issues.

The Mamba Monster X would work great though. I run that with a 1512 1800kv in my Typhon 6S. Geared for mid 50s on 4S. I had to upgrade the ESC fan but otherwise the whole setup is perfect.
