On this body I mixed Traxxas paint and water based Proline airbrush paint. A kinda experiment.

I did a few thin layers of the Traxxas brilliant blue over the entire body. Used a heat gun to dry in between layers.. let it air dry and sit for 45mins.

Next I put down a few heavy layers of metallic black proline in the rear and faded towards the middle.

On the front I repeated with fluorescent blue proline paint.

Then backed it with white opaque Createx Colors. (Proline and Createx mix well as they’re both water based).

End result:

Cool! I really like how it fades out to black and great choice of blue!

The fades comes out way better when you use the same paints. The different paints caused some weird effects.
