What I do know is that I would disable LVC (low voltage cut off)
Those batteries are pretty big. At some point you might want to try some smaller packs and see if it helps. From what I have seen light weight is a good thing for drag cars.
Timing etc should be fine as is.
You may want to try different "start power" settings but overall it should be pretty good out of the box once you disable LVC.
Most of the tuning comes from how you pull the trigger or programming your radio to help. The obvious goal is maximum acceleration and retaining grip.
