Typhon Motor/Diff mounts

Going to be fitting my Castle 1515 soon and while I was at it I was going to look into the option of changing out the motor and diff mounts?

Seen a few do the motor mounts but also seen a few highly rate the stock?

As for diff mounts is a alu version any better or just looks?

Brand wise I guess I’d go M2C for the motor and Alza for the diff!

While I was at it I’d also change out the centre diff for the Arrma alu version.

The M2C mount is superior to the new Arrma one. They are both really nice, m2c is a few grams lighter if you are a gram counter and the new Arrma one is heavier than the old. If I already had the new Arrma mount I would not replace it with the m2c, put the fifty bucks toward another battery.
One note on both the new Arrma and M2c motor mounts. The bolt holes are fixed so make sure your new motor has the right bolt pattern for them. I had to elongate a hole to get a motor to fit...old mount has slots so anything goes...

Yeah, exactly double at 60g vs. 30g.
