Typhon My most awesome typhon thread … she’s a cracker

Hello everyone . So this will be my go to typhon thread as I post a lot sometimes . So here she is , started as a standard V5 , she now sports a TLR chassis and towers , uses the radix 6 ESC n motor . Shes using a variety of buggy wheel n tyre combos , my favourite at the moment are the corally radix tyres . She gets launched as best as I can , gets used in all weathers , hits trees and walls . Running running kraton hubs , mainly 4s , 120c race packs , 20t pinion , lots of grass work she does . Must get a fan for the motor . Anyways here she is from the year so far . Been out again tonight , she’s brilliant

An absolutely awesome day with the typhon using my 4s race packs and my mucky corner as I call it , it’s a great addition to my lawn track I have in my head . She went all day , two tyres unglued , pin came out of the front drive shaft and ate the arm , but thats ok by me . Lots of photos coming up . A very enjoyable day off had .

The buggy is fixed , it’s pouring with rain , in went a 6s pack n 16t pinion . She slid forever , but I sure prefer the 4s n 20t pinion , the rooster tails looked great . Photos are rubbish but you get the drift

Back to standard for the buggy as corally Motor n esc needed elsewhere , defo slower but did get better with max’d out punch n timing . Corally have the edge when it comes rtr power . Anyways , she’s belted around the garden plenty today

Treated the little rocket to a change of esc . It’s my reserve HW Quicrun 150 . She went great , the big fan kept her cool . She had a good belt around the garden to celebrate

This silly sod did some 6s jumping today , many many successful jumps completed , until it went wrong and whilst trying to save , I landed on one rear wheel n did the rear diff , but Jenny’s has come to the rescue again thank gord for that . So the little typhon will now have the week off

So will post on here lots n lots . The typhon has been 6s but mainly 4s and 23t pinion . She was sporting the corally system , but is now back to standard , started a v5 but now has the TLR chassis and towers , didn’t bother with TLR top pin brace . I Drilled out the plastic . Blew lots of tyres on 6s yesterday , tons of fun on 4s this morning .
