Back to the original topic of steering angles. Many times these rigs do not have their steering alignment adjusted well from the factory. You may have to adjust the left and right steering links. You really have to do this while its on the ground loaded. For mine the tires point way out in the air and can point way inward during braking. In general some toe out is ideal for better steering "bite".

It appears my right front tire is way out of spec/alignment compared to the left. Are there alignment specs to go by?

Not a spec per say most guys will run between 1-3* of toe out but, there is so much slop in the suspension that getting it spot on is nearly impossible.
