Kraton New HW 4990 compatible w Spektrum 160?

Hey guys

I don’t know much about motors like senor or sensor less

I have a couple Spectrum 160 esc on hand
Was wondering if the new HW 4990 1650kv would be compatible

I noticed it has the extra sensor wire the older 1650 didn’t have

it will work but you will need some bullet adapters or to resolder new bullets

It can be run in sensorless mode but honestly might as well just go with the older 4985 if you aren't gonna run it sensored. You can find it online under 100 in a couple places.

Shipping over 100 is free so you'll need to add something else to get it or the shipping costs 12 bucks or so. I haven't used this site before so YMMV but I've read that others have used it without issue.
