I've pulled over 500 amps with the ESC on dual EC5s, but no such thing as overkill.

These are better and cheaper (as long as you don't need the smart voltage function)

The number 8 to 10 wire on your ESC and batteries is really only good for 50-60 amps continuously so a bigger connector will definitely help. I been running XT90 for years now with very few problems. I’m thinking about swapping over to QS8 but it would cost me a small fortune to have all my stuff changed out. I would like to know if it’s worth doing myself.
