Check your outdrive cups for binding. Hard single wheel hits will bend that short shaft that goes in your diffs. I had that problem with my outcast and replaced the cups, I run 50c 5200mah lectron pro packs. 17t pinion, punch 9, 200k center diff, 80k front diff, 20k rear diff. Temps hang out around 130 esc, and 165..170 motor. Hard bashing 17-20min.

If your 100% positive that everything is good than try a completely different motor with lower kv

And by the way im getting my maxx reading from the rear of the motor Which is the hottest part Is that where I should be measuring from?

Its not your motor. Seems like there's definitely binding going on. Recheck bearings, driveline entirely, and pillow balls Make sure the red caps are not to tight. Tighten them and the back em off like a quarter to half turn, just enough so the pillow ball moves freely.

Yeah i don't know what else to check the second motor was that hobbystar 4082 2000kv only 50kv less but a bigger can so i thought it would help nope not a slight bit of difference

I also don’t believe it’s the motor unless the bearings in it are shoot. I don’t think it’s the pillow balls either. The pillow balls would only over work the servo

The binding can be amplified by the pillow balls being too tight, because, when turning the driveline will experience resistance due to the cvds in a non linear position. So in theory the added strain to the servo via the pillow balls, will indirectly cause resistance to the driveline. Short explanation.

How much does your rig weigh with body battery and everything mine is about 13 pounds im wondering if it's a weight problem
1 pound heavier than yours

I truly believe you missed something or overlooked something. Maybe your mesh is to tight

I'm running HR blocks and carriers and the front differential housing is HR as well, the center differential cup is HR as well. My truck is heavy. 16lb. Stock motor esc.
