PSA - Check that Tire Glue!

Looking over an old exploded Senton tire I realized it was not just the body that caused its demise.

Turns out the glue job where it broke free was horrible.

Just a friendly reminder to check those tires even if your RC is new and trim those bodies!

I usually check the glue every couple runs.

Yup, gotta check it. Ran some new tires last week, beads all looked good,,,on the outside! Didnt check the inside, 3 tires wrre good one had zero glue on the inside bead!
Took off on 6s and saw the front right inner tire turn into a huge disc.

Luckily it didnt blow and was able to glue it down fully.

The senton tires are really soft. If you don’t want to blow them you gotta get some thicker fluid. The 6s backflips are good . Haven’t needed to re glue mine

I bought a set of Backflips from Jennys one of the tires had a number of spots where it wasn't even glued down at all.
