Hello there, does anyone out there have tried the rubber sealed bearings from Rc-Schrauben?

I read that many people on the forum are using Fast Eddie’s bearings; the problem is, here in Europe (Denmark) seems impossible to get them without ordering them directly from the US and paying tons of taxes to the Man :)

Else do you know some other alternatives that are viable from EU-based shops?

Cheers

I installed them, but no hardcore testing or long term testing yet.

They have kits like Fast Eddie and separate bearings. I usually buy two sets per car per year with extra additional inner wheel bearings.
I order motor bearings from local suppliers of renowned brands, like IBB or SKF.

I order bearings here:

I take the cheapest ones for bashing with plastic seals. No need for anything else unless you want ceramics for speed running.
+1.
Ceramics are a $waste$ for any RC chassis. For motors can be a plus. What I do when replacing motor BB's only. From my experience. Oil lubed quality steel BB's run better, last longer on the chassis and drivetrains.
Most all of the ceramics don't match the Quality to what you pay for. All Chinese Ceramics are useless. Actually perform worse than steel BB's. Testing has showed this.
They are "Hybrid" ceramics anyway, not Full Ceramic BB's, which would be cost prohibitive for RC use. Many don't know there is a difference. Just the balls are Ceramic. And don't last long.

Thank you everybody! It was exactly what I needed. Great to have links to good cheap suppliers here in Europe ;)

Here same part numbers and prices if it helps. www.kugellager-express.de

As SrC wrote, don't waste money on too expensive bearings. They need the plastic rims as they keep the dust out best me thinks.
