Right to assume this battery is dead and needs to be trashed?

Broke all three of my cars and got busy with work and life so set aside cars aside till weather outside got better. Maybe 2 months 3 at most and guess i didnt charge batteries to storage before i did like i tvought.

Son having friends over so I was charhing batteries today and have one that is acting up. Wont let me discharge cause "abnormal battery connection" and if I set it to storage charge it will go for a few mins then say "wrong type battery" (it is set to 3s). And 3rd cell is reading all over the place. Currently it say 0.54v its been sitting at 1.50ishv and then when i was taking pics a few min ago ot shows that 2.15v.

If the difference was a half a volt that would be different, cell 3 is dead and won't be coming back to life. Time for a new battery.
