Kraton Sealed Bearings

Does anyone regrease sealed bearings before install or do you just send them. I was going to grease them all up but it’s going be a stuff around and messy.

I found that packing them with grease made them last longer (probably due to water and crap prevented from getting in).

It adds resistance but I'm not going for a speed record so don't care.

I use Lucas red n tacky grease. Works the best imo
