The new replacement base station arrived but not without a little bit of SimplieDrama.
The first thing is they completely butchered the shipping address. Apparently I live on "Kyoge Courts". That doesn't exist on any map or in any dictionary that I can find. It's not even the same letters as my street. A phone call had to correct that one.
The second one is to install the replacement base station took ~1.5 hrs reconnecting all the sensor and cameras. You would think the location profile wold carry over some how. Where I can go push the link button on the sensor and it knows it's the front door. All of the sensors have some sort of serial number/network ID.
Anyway it's back up and running.
Eventually I'm going to swap it out, perhaps look at Ring and see how they compare.
It never amazes my how many smart people are in this forum and how willing everyone is to share what they know! Thanks to everyone that chimed in.
