Arrma RC's
  1. Senton 6s
Let's think it up!

Objective: Kraton 4s body and suspension on senton 3s chasis.

Note: no electronics upgrade, just a requisite pinion adjustment. Yes yes, top speed loss, but a large gain in terrain versatility.

Optional: the extra support bar found on the 4s Kraton.

Optional: keeping a trimmed Senton body (if the trim is not awful).

Let's share ideas !

shocks, forget the 4s kraton ones, find something like kyosho buggy ones. various lengths and if you shell for the MP9 ones, they are REALLY good, we are running kyosho mp9 tki3 shocks and are excellent. the JQ white/black ones may work as they are awesome aswell.

buy the extended 17mm hubs(so they are real ones not the cr@p arrma put on them) also red loctite and patience will let them be free but not loosen.
the extended hubs means don't have to worry about the suspension.

thats close to a 4s kraton right away, however, if you're going to spend anymore, just buy the truck new. then you have an extra arrma to play with :)

Thanks! Any recommendations on tires and gearing?

I have seen a few cases of the center driveshaft breaking due to chassis flex, but a lot of us have sent these things (me included) w/o doing any damage to the chassis or internals. The bar that Arrma use can bend & is mostly useless. Regular 3.8 Badlands are a perfect choice. They are a bit smaller than the Minokawa LPs but will outperform them in spades. I would drop down to a 13t & watch the temps. That can gets plenty hot but it is max geared out the box.
