SLR300 no-go with DX3?

Electronics is not my cup of tea, as you'll soon learn.

I want to to run one radio (DX3) from my Infraction 3s and on my BRCC. Thing is, the BRCC came with the SLT3 and SLR300. Trying to bind the SLR300 to the DX3 but she's not having it.

Would I need to buy a DX3-specific receiver (ex: SR215 or SR315) or am I doing something wrong with the binding of the SLR300 to the DX3?

Slr300 is a SLT RX the Dx3 is DSMR. They can't work together unfortunately. You need a DSMR receiver like the sr215 or SR315.

The DX3 also supports DSM2 receivers like the Sr3100 that you can find on eBay for like $15.

FWIW I have 6 of those SR3100 receivers never had an issue and I have had some of them for like 4-5 years now.

Good to know as my experience with Spektrum products is very limited.
