I liking the upper aero arms 😉 heat shrink ?? let's hope you don't have to adjust your droop 😉
I can still reach drop screaws.thinking I'm doing all my rigs this way.this HS is some strong HS.it'll keep all the dirt out hard to reach areas to clean, adds strength, and it'll be easier to spot damage 👍cant think of 1 negative reason for doing this.. up above this post is the HS I used.

Wow nice 140mph run! I’m still a big noob my pb is my 3s typhon at 50mph. Lol 😂,, but my new boat a tfl pursuit 32” v hull had its maiden voyage on 2s at 30mph. Got a bunch of batteries ready to try next 3s 4s, 5s, and 6s. So this should be a fun next few days

F speedrunning. Its so stupid, spend lots of hardearned money and spend tons of time working on the POS togo do nothing but F ish up an waste time an money...SO FN FRUSTRATING SOME TIMES...🤬🤬🤬😠👹😤👿🤬😡😡😖

I hear ya. I spent hundreds only to get hit head on by a drunken Kraton(lol). It was very discouraging but by genetics, I'm one stubborn SOB. When a horse throws you off, you dust yourself off and get back on it until you make it your beech!
Your post about 100mph on stock bodies is what originally inspired me to take my Senton 6s beyond its limits. No regrets here!
Holy mfing bass, Batman!
Ah that's just a flesh wound on the motor it's still fine. Patients is definitely huge for speed running but I too have a hard time being patient. Got the Lim most the way together today just waiting on the rear defuser and it will be ready. Just ordered a 1717 for it though but will be here tomorrow and defuser hopefully Monday. Want to give the sensored setup a try and also all Castle and Y wind. I'll be starting back low though probably 4s to start as I'm now running foams and then the new motor. Ya fishing is another of my favorite things grew up within biking distance of a bass lake and streams so as a kid it was every single day slaying the largemouth. I'd say biggest largemouth I've pulled in was about 7 and have pulled a couple 10+lb rainbow trout. Good luck in the AM bro!

I use leadfree solder on places where heat can be an issue. It can be a pain to solder with, but it melting temperature is higher.
Great answer. Lead is a boon in high temp applications as it has a low melting temperature.

Just saying, if your bullets melt off you need to go to next bigger size. High temp solder fixes a symptom but next melting point is the lacquer on the motor wires.
Generally definitely true, but when your pulling 500A+ on 8mm plugs, the 10/8AWG leads also get hot enough to melt high leaded solder. It should indeed not be a symptom fix, but if it makes the difference of still being able to brake or not at ludicrous speed it's a fair hop-up.

Check out the size of this pinion gear i just got.im going strait to it with 5660-1356KV delta. Mmx8s ran delta tp4050cm 2300kv fine,im throwing this gear on it an if starts good an strait im laying into it......got this motor to compare with 5660 1460kv. So they are both geared similer.went up 1 tooth on pinion from 140 pb run..this weekend its BIG NUMBERS,FIRES ,OR CRASHS.got gopro on way for better footage.ill start a thread soon for my testing an use this one for #s only👍

Yep I bought some pizza cutters too back in the day for when I was running the Spectrum 1250kv motor. Never really needed them as I burnt up that motor before I maxed it out.

Im running a 55t on my 2028. Its a little more annoying changing spurs all the time instead of pinions lol

Had to abort the pass about 3/4 of the way, got squirrely...
On the way back to me the wheel rolled off into the ditch. 😆🤣 That would explain the poor handling.. (Wheel nut MIA)
Always something lately..

Managed to keep it on the asphalt the entire outing, no crashes. 👌

Hell,ya brother....maybe the extra weight will work to your advantage ..kinda like a paper weight....🤣😂...your gonna be on my arse real quick....the hell with these 40mm cm motors..these BB motors are where its at...IMO
run cooler,way more torque,and cheaper...👍👍👍👍👍👍 25$ PER GEAR SUCKS,🤷‍♂️

I bought this battery for my radiolink rc6gs and it fit fine, and works great. But I don’t know if # of cells matters
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075796CZD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I did replace the connectors myself to the little red one

Thanks, says they have a 15volt max..could run a 4s pack..3s safety.radiolinks was eating AAs fast.the extra power seams to help range an no more buying AAs👍.if I upgrade ill get 1 with similar dimensions as your gensacearespammers pack👍
