Hi everybody,

Recently I have got an ARRMA Typhon RTR TLR. I have entered the world of racing and I have realised I am very underprepared. Everyone around me has loads of tools. So I was wondering if anybody knew of any tools that they let me know what could come in handy down the line.

Thanks

At the very least, you need a basic hex set, as well as some nut drivers in various sizes, and a wheel nut wrench. This is a cheap starter set, but will give you an idea of where to start: https://www.amazon.com/Dynamite-Sta...lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER The best thing to do though is figure out what the most used sizes are on the car you have (I don't have a TLR Typhon, so, im not sure what the common sizes are for that), but, most RC's tend to use common sized hex and driver sizes. Most, if not all will be metric. all of the screws will be hex drive. As for the hex sets, you can also get cheap sets from places like Walmart and Harbor Freight, or the more expensive ones are also available, through Amazon, eBay, and all of the hobby shops. The sets can range anywhere from $30-$40, all the way up to $200 and more. This is another cheap option that will at least get you started: https://jennysrc.com/collections/no...screws-tools-hardware-nuts-t-wrench-ara8608v5

Arrma's are metric. Hex sizes needed are 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm.
