Super noob question…

I bought a Talion Exb the other day. There wasn’t a fan on the motor. I bought one to install.. then I got to thinking… should the fan be blowing on the motor or away from it? Any help would be appreciated!

Either way should work my guy. If its blowing to the motor, its pushing fresh, cold air to it, therefore cooling it down. If its blowing away, its sucking hot air away from the motor, and letting cool air get in, therefore cooling the motor, so whatever you want.

Question for you If your 's are sweaty n hot do you blow air on them or pull heat from the 's you will find you're answer.

More often than not most that I have and have seen have it blowing onto the motor

Blow air toward the motor. Just like you’d want a fan blowing air toward you on a hot day.

Sucking air from a motor would need a shroud designed to make it efficient.
Just that every Fan I've seen blows towards the motor. And it works.
I just don't believe in a HS most of the time.

Physics aside, it's easier to get all the leaves and stuff that sucked onto the intake side if it's blowing down on the motor.

Blowing onto the motor unless you have very close quarters ducting to direct the air flow when blowing away from the motor.
