Damage and speed report:

It was a great day!

My wife ended up deciding not to come with me so I wasnt able to get any videos, very unfortunately. That didn’t stop me though.

The guys out there were very cool and welcoming as usual. They were doing all kinda 160s and PBS. I wasn’t there to do alllllll that tho.

I brought the granite, infraction and limitless and the winner today was the granite. It did far better than I hoped, top speed with it today was 94 MPH and it was really all over the road, nowhere near full throttle, I expected the spektrum system to cut but it didn’t on that pass.

The infraction did a sweet 125 MPH the last time to took it out but today it didn’t hold up…it slammed into the curb at 80 MPH but took very minimal damage. It was done for the day.
The limitless was tracking very straight and was itching to go but for some readon I was having very bad range issues on that one. I could only get a short pass at 122 MPH.

I’m going home happy though, I still have all the cars I brought And I have an idea how to make things better for next time…

This was the worst of damage today…

My biggest concern from today is with the limitless and the range problem.

The infraction has the same receiver and it didn’t have any kind of range issue today

The limitless worked but I had to be way too close to it to get a proper run in…

Any idea why?

RF can be affected by tons of different things. Proximity to Metal/Magnets is the (general) biggest cause of interference.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm pretty sure it was caused by sun spots. Of course my diagnostics ability might be a little off, mostly due to the fact that I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Honestly, I would suspect interference or antenna or connection damage of some sort.

Just took the receiver apart to see what we’d find…turns out one of the 2 antennas are disconnected. Let’s hope this is the end of this problem…

We came out a little stronger today! This granite is very impressive. 98 MPH so far, up 4 MPH from last week!

Apparently another 129, I need better road. I’m relaeasing throttle as the car is passing me.
