Hi guys.

I thought I give you a quick info on how I finally solved my issue with fitting 2x 3S LiPos in my Typhon, hoping that some of you can make use of it when facing the same issue. The body was always too low and there was no way fitting these in.

Here is the solution: Kraton front mounts inverted in the rear and a Kraton rear mount inverted in the front, after having drilled two holes through the tower. I have an M2C tower with more meat there, but on the stock ones it could work with only a single hole near the bottom and a smaller on the center.

I use the very long posts from I think the Mojave in the rear and the flex works like a charm to make it fit and even further saves the unbreakable body when bashing hard.

It also looks perfectly fine with the truggified mod and gives about 5cm more height to stack 2x 3s hardpack batteries underneath the body.

And the driver can finally look past the front tower 😁
