I replaced everything, out drive, dog bone, arm, bearings, but my driver side rear dog bone keeps coming out, i even leaned the tire in to make it tighter, any ideas why?

Put a rubber ring in the cup ,like the one in ur diff ,take up the slop

in the cup , thats not gonna help i want it to stay in there, rubber ring will help to push it out, no?
I like running CVDs in the rear for this very reason. Just buy a set of front CVDs and put them in the back. No more losing dogbones.

You can put CVDs in it, but then you don't still knows what causes the problem.
I drive the arrma brand for years and never loosen a dogbone in the 6s line.
If I was you, I really want to know it

I have no idea because I even replaced the chassis with a brand new one

Well, I take my words back.
Suddenly I have the same problem with one off my rigs.
The front dogbone on the right side is popping out for several times.
With a closer look I noticed that when the right side is all the way up, the dogbone comes out the outdrive axle, strange. Never has this problem before.

I gonna inspect this further, and see what causes this problem
