I think it’s time for something bigger and better with a better drivetrain than the Vorteks and I thought I might ask about valuing it to sell as I don’t want to rip myself or somebody else off.
The car cost me $370 plus tax and the upgrades cost me $220. Thinking $350 could be a good starting point?

It’s running the stock 3s system, here are all the upgrades and mods:

3d printed motor brace from thingiverse- due to the way my motor is mounted I had to modify the file and shave down the print. If your motor is mounted the stock way it should work perfect: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4982263
I also have a 3d printed cylinder going between the motor and receiver box to keep it from thrusting forward in a crash.

I also have a stock spur, stock servo, stock motor fan, stock motor mount (bent back from bend), and stock tires. Should I include these in the deal? Should I put the stock tires back on and keep the new ones?
Trying to keep whatever accessories make sense as I know some upgrades don’t increase sale value so would rather keep.

Unfortunately the upgrades normally don't sell through well in the used market. Assuming the rig is clean, body in good shape, tires are in good shape, & overall wear is minimal I would think tops around $275-$300 shipped. If you can get $300, consider that a win. The used market looks at the brand new cost of $329 that includes manufaturer warranty. Even though you value the upgrades the open market normally does not. Upgrades people like are HR, M2C, Proline, Castle or HW power systems, and other high quality parts. China aluminum stuff is a push at best. Sorry to burst your bubble...just keeping it real. I have picked up good, clean, used stock Vorteks for about $225 shipped over the last 6-9 months. In comparison I have also picked up clean 4s V2 rigs for around $325 in the used market. Hope this helps.

BTW, I don't see how ANY Fan can be made WP. Especially at a very cheap pricepoint. Not surprised Made in China goods lie to this extent.
If you ever dissected one completely you can see why.

Sorry, what do you mean by WP? Thanks for the feedback.

I’d say $200-225 would be a fair price. Some upgrades add value (upgraded ESC/motor, high-quality servo, high-quality tires, etc.), but it doesn’t look like any of those were done.

Good luck.
