Fireteam What all fits in this thing?

So, I need more batteries and my go to Zee 5200mah hard packs just BARELY don't fit in this thing. So, now I'm shopping for batteries. I know Spekrtum is recommended but I don't and won't have a Spektrum charger and they're only rated at up to 50c. I've been poking around looking at CNHL's and some gensacearespammers stuff, but I'm hesitant because I'm not sure if and how well different batteries will fit in this thing yet. What are you guys running for batteries and are there advantages to going with a 6s pack over 2 3s batteries?

Being it only has 1 battery tray there is no advantage of 2x3s packs, 2x3s packs is if you have two batt trays and you can distribute weight better on the car. I don't have a fireteam but the battery tray looks like the same one used in Kraton and Outcast. Im surprised it's not. Not sure why they would make one specifically for the FT. Someone else can comment on what WILL fit for ya.

158 x 48 x 70mm /6.22 x 1.89 x 2.76 is what is listed in the owner manual.

Your current Zeees should fit just fine. You can remove the top plate on the battery tray. If needed, get some longer velcro straps.

I thought they would too but the body didn't want to go on and as much as I want to cut out those army dudes I want the protection from the elements. lol Maybe I'll give it another shot and see if I can get it to pop on

lol Yeah, I think it might be a problem unique to the fireteam with how far down all the little army dude/internal cage stuff goes. I couldn't get the body on once I got the Zees in the tray.

I had to look at my pictures I didn’t realize that was in there. I had @Ajag do the body for me. I was going to try this one for rig of the month first.

That's on me, I should have clarified where it wouldn't fit. lol 'Cause I'm pretty sure literally every other 6s model it wouldn't be a problem.
