What's best esc for new kraton/stock motor

I'd like to have both as a option but I know motor won't take it but I'd still rather have 12s capable, I already have max4 combo but wanted to try new max5 because it's small

I hear ya! I got 2 max 4's and they are hefty.

In my opinion 12s is almost overkill my outside max4 castle 800kv and will flip on roof at 50mph but I love overpowering stuff even if it doesn't make sense sometimes

Looks great! No mistaken the size of the max4! I just finished mine up a week ago. Definitely see the extra power in play but not by much IMO. I did wanna see what mph I could get out of it but its not a speed build.I ran out of field but 54 in grass isnt bad.

I looked at the specs on that badboy. I wanted it too but decided a tp motor was a better option for me. My Outcast with the 58113 barely fit so 125mm was a no go. Let me know if you find a better alternative! Id be interested to see what you decided.

And I still gotta figure out what I'm putting in this, so I'll try to keep new kraton stock

Very nice! Cant wait to see it complete. 56118 is supposedly 119mm. M2C did a good job making that happen. My 8s outcast took a bit of filing(not much) to get the 58113 in.

My other outcast has the 58113.
The one with red beadlocks I run 8s

12s Kraton got finished a few days ago. Along with my 6s to 8s Kraton.
950kv 5660 tp motor for the 1/5
Castle 1717 1650kv for the 1/8.

Plenty of jumps on the xmaxx and xrt with jconcepts,never any problems. haven't made it anywhere to run the kraton or outcast other than the high school field.. I drive a truck so Im limited on time. Extra poundage on the Arrmas might change that!
