Majority of the parts ,is a No.

You could get some of the 6S shocks to fit though.

You would be Much Happier when you do.
Especially if you like to Bash off-road.

Now I will say this.. for On-road ripping ,look at the 3S Vendetta (or infraction 3S) to get yourself accustomed to 100MPH , it's plenty quick out of the box..

Of course they will... NOT
Start upgrading by tossing that 3s to the side and BUY a 6s rig. Only then will you understand this better.
You need to "Look" at both platforms more carfeully. Pix are worth a thousand words. A square doesn't fit into a hole.

I would suggest it. I like using a simple mount where you can fit two 40mm fans on a single clamp style mount. There are many options

Make sure you get the short/ low profile ones tho, the taller style is too tall for the typhon body
