You would be best off with sealed bearings. The ceramic are a waste of money for a basher to be honest, really more for motor and speed run rigs. Sealed bearings will help keep out a lot of the dust/dirt and water out. Save you a few bucks as well.

Any rubber sealed bearing will last years with proper maintenance.
